After presenting the good, the bad and the ugly of social media crisis management at iStrategy London this week, Heather will once again be sharing her views on the brands that succeeded, and those that failed, in averting a social media meltdown.
The session, which takes place at 2:30pm, will provide delegates with clear and actionable insight into how to plan for a crisis online, how to minimise the risks of a social backlash and how to respond quickly and effectively.
The session received some excellent feedback at iStrategy earlier this week, so make sure that you don't miss out.
