Stickyeyes Group, which includes both Stickyeyes and Zazzle Media, has been awarded the coveted award for 2016, improving on our 2015 ranking.
Following a number of initiatives implemented throughout 2015, the independent employee survey found that Stickyeyes had improved in key areas including team ethic, management feedback and organisational leadership.
The survey also highlighted that employees felt that improvements had been made in the areas of personal career growth and in general company ethos, as well as believing that Stickyeyes was doing more to support the local community.
The feedback was enough to secure Stickyeyes a one-star accreditation, although we were just 0.2 points away from a two-star ranking – something that we are determined to secure in 2017.
Having been marked as ‘one to watch’ by Best Companies in 2014, Stickyeyes has secured a one-star accreditation for two consecutive years.
