Commercial Product Manager, Leeds

Stickyeyes is one of the fastest growing digital marketing agencies in the UK, listed as a Sunday Times Tech Track 100 company in 2011, a UK Search Awards winner and is Europe’s first MMA certified mobile marketing agency.

Our mission is to deliver effective results that help others thrive.

Stickyeyes has a highly advanced ‘owned and operated’ technology offering which leverages the power of our unique and extensive data-set while offering market leading insight to our search marketing teams through the development of leading edge tools.

As part of the on-going development of this team, we are seeking a Commercial Product Manager whose primary responsibility will be to take these tools to market, effectively commercialising our technology as standalone proprietary tools, ensuring they are market leaders, constantly evolving and striving to innovate with each new iteration of the software.

The role will involve ownership of the product strategy from post development to launch and through to performance measurement. You will contribute heavily to the marketing and sales strategy and will manage the full marketing cycle of each product or service.  You’ll develop a product road-map, engage with existing clients, prospective clients and the market at large to understand what requirements they have, how we can meet their needs with our software and constantly look to stay ahead of the competition.

This is a brand new role for Stickyeyes and will be shaped around the successful candidate.  As such, the opportunity to really put your stamp on how we develop and commercialise our technology is limitless!

If you’re looking for a role with a progressive and rapidly expanding digital marketing agency we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • Experience working agency or client side (or both) managing the commercial success of multiple products or services including management of a marketing and sales plan
  • Experience of online marketing channels including but not limited to Organic Search, Paid Search, PR and Social
  • Experience of offline marketing channels would be beneficial
  • Experience of pitching or presenting at board level
  • Outstanding organization, planning, problem-solving and analysis
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across internal functions including dealing with development teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Careful attention to detail, excellent planning and prioritisation skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
