Over the next month, we will be exhibiting and speaking at two major industry events, attending both iStrategy London and Jump London.
iStrategy London takes place between 30th September and 1st October at Twickenham Stadium and promises a line-up of some of digital marketing’s most enlightened speakers, who will each be sharing their views on digital strategy. As part of the event, Heather Healy, Creative Communications Director at Stickyeyes, will be delivering a social media session on crisis management, which will take place on Monday 30th September between 12.00pm-12.40pm (see below for session details).
10 Social Media Crises and What to do to Ensure You Don’t Make the Naughty List Next Year
Having a total meltdown behind closed doors is one thing, but when brands are incredibly visible across social networks, how they handle a crisis is scrutinised by the watching consumer, eager competitor and the digital landscape at large. In this session, Stickyeyes’ Creative Communications Director, Heather Healy will provide 10 great examples of brand crises, demonstrating where they were managed excellently, moderately and not so good.
The session will provide delegates with actionable insight into how to plan for a crisis online, safeguard against spiralling social negativity and how to recover with elegance.
The team will also be at Jump London, which this year will be part of Econsultancy's Festival of Marketing. Jump, which is now in its fourth year, is regarded as one of the industry's leading events and provides a unique opportunity for digital marketers to learn best-practice customer acquisition and brand engagement strategies.
If you're attending iStrategy London (Stand 17) or Jump (Stand 43), we'd love to catch-up over coffee and biscuits!
