Heather Healy, Creative Communications Director, and Ruby Black, Creative Communications Brand Manager, will be on hand at the FMCG & Retail Masterclass and the Social Travel & Tourism Masterclass to provide a workshop on influencer engagement and advise some of the world’s leading brands on how they can make sure that they are at the centre of those all-important digital conversations.
Following a ten-minute presentation on best practice techniques, Heather and Ruby will be providing a series of one-to-one sessions with delegates to help them to identify the opportunities that are available to their brands.
As part of their influencer engagement clinic, they’ll be providing a critique of brand techniques, assessing individual approaches and providing critical insight on how to and how not to engage with bloggers and other online influencers.
