In his presentation at the Webit Congress in Istanbul, Glen focused on how corporate structure and culture has become a significant barrier to success, which is why the CEO now has to play a much greater role in breaking down the barriers that exist within large organisational structures.
One of the key recommendations was that SEO, social, PR, content and brand teams should start working closer together in order to deliver true customer centric campaigns. You can view the presentation slides below.
