The Best Companies accreditation ranks employers from across the UK, recognising high levels of employee engagement and job satisfaction. The rankings are based on employee surveys, which are designed to measure satisfaction with career development, employee benefits, salary, business leadership and job security.

Stickyeyes has been awarded one-star status in the 2015 survey, placing us in the ‘very good’ category.

Stickyeyes has made several enhancements to its employee benefit package in recent years, with staff being offered the opportunity to enjoy subsidised fitness classes, discounted car parking, BUPA Cash plan, cycle-to-work schemes, childcare vouchers and free massages. The business has also recently moved into new offices in both Leeds and London, providing employees with improved creative workspaces.

Stickyeyes employees have also taken part in a number of events and initiatives to support our chosen charity, Martin House Children’s Hospice, including the Leeds 10K Abbey Dash, raffles and cooking competitions.

Sam Fearnley, Human Resources Manager, said:

“We place great importance on the well-being, motivation and advancement of our colleagues and as a management team, we are always looking for new ways to make Stickyeyes a better place to work. The Best Companies process has given us a benchmark against which we can measure our progress and set future aspirational targets.

“As we grow, we want our staff to as well. The recently-launched Stickyeyes Academy is designed to help our staff to share their skills, develop their skills and empower them to deliver the best that they possibly can for the business.

“We firmly believe that the success of the business is down to the people within it and we look forward to applying the feedback from the survey into further improving the employee experience in 2015.”
