Having recently promoted our existing team manager, we’re now looking for an individual to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the team, ensuring the smooth delivery of strategies and working closely between teams to ensure an integrated and results-driven approach.

Our Paid Marketing Communications team is a young, diverse, multi-lingual team who execute client campaigns by building and managing relationships with owners of websites of varying scales, from personal blogs to international publications, primarily within the iGaming industry.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Overseeing departmental operations, ensuring projects are completed on-time and on-budget
  • Providing expertise and recommendations in workforce and capacity planning, team resource management and commercial output
  • Continuously reshaping best practices aligned with wider company's processes
  • Recruiting, leading and developing a large team of multi-lingual professionals
  • Identifying areas of underperformance in delivery and implementing effective solutions to increase efficiency
  • Acting as a conduit between the other teams within the business to ensure effective execution of strategies
  • Reporting on campaigns progress and team performance as well as contributing to strategy and problem-solving

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience of managing a high performing team
  • Excellent project management, communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Analytical with the ability to manage KPI’s that drive optimum productivity and quality
  • Strong interpersonal skills which allow you to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing at all levels
  • Highly self-motivated with a positive “can do” attitude and a strong desire to make things happen
  • An experienced user of the full MS Office suite
  • A keen interest in iGaming or sport would be beneficial
