A newly created role within the business, you will be providing administrative support across the whole of the organistion, ensuring the day to day smooth running of the office.

What you will be doing:

  • On request administrative support across the whole business
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms
  • Supporting in the preparation of documents, printing and photocopying
  • Assisting in the organisation and co-ordination of meetings and events
  • Offering feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
  • In the absence of our Receptionist, provide cover, including post, couriers, escorting and signing in visitors
  • Provide support in arranging travel and accommodation

What you’ll need:

  • A good level of computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email (Outlook)
  • Orgainised and can demonstrate high levels of attention to detail
  • Can do attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to priorities and manage a number of tasks at any one time
  • An outgoing personality with first class communication skills and the capacity to build relationships at all levels
  • To be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
  • Math’s and English GCSE’s at C Grade or above
