What you'll be doing:

  • Generating engaging content of various kinds including Hero, Hub and Hygiene content
  • Creating content for various B2B and B2C clients, with the ability to manage different styles and TOVs
  • Reviewing and proof-reading content to ensure our output meets quality requirements
  • Transferring content into HTML and managing content uploads
  • Supporting campaign leads in auditing existing client’s content
  • Working closely with the other teams such as SEO and Design and Development to ensure content is created with an integrated approach in mind
  • Supporting the outreach team with content required for social or media placements
  • Researching the brand and opportunities for exposure through content
  • Supporting more senior team members to gather data & insights and contribute to campaign reports
  • Supporting senior team members in ideation sessions and developing content ideas
  • Regular opportunity scoping to highlight opportunities for our clients
  • Monitoring content trends and relevant industry news and sharing this with the wider team

What you'll need:

  • 1+ year experience in a content role
  • Ability to write well for a range of sectors and audiences
  • Understanding of the impact of content on user experience
  • Good grasp of the English language and able to proof-read and evaluate content effectively
  • Creativity- the ability to come up with out of the box ideas that match the campaign objectives
