This is an exciting new role within the business for an experienced Sales & Marketing Automation Consultant to support the demand generation team in the delivery of client consultancy projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working with the Director of Demand Generation on the delivery of client sales & marketing automation solutions
  • Defining client objectives and working with external and internal teams to deliver on these objectives
  • Present solutions directly back to clients as well as providing clients with a direct line of communication for expert decision making on sales & marketing automation
  • Creating solutions for lead generation & liaising with external suppliers with the procurement of leads generation services
  • Technical planning & management of sales & marketing automation processes & solutions including:
    • Developing innovative and targeted nurturing campaigns that drive leads and sales opportunities
    • Developing strategies that ensure that sales and marketing automation solutions integrate & communicate with each other
    • Manage all aspects of client lead generation & campaign schedules
    • Planning & deploying leads management life cycle processes
    • Implement lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads
    • Carrying out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximise results
    • Segmenting audiences and optimising campaigns to increase effectiveness
    • Work on data segmentation to help create targeted email templates across the customer lifecycle
    • Utilising analytics and insights to shape the eCRM strategies
    • Prepare and deliver weekly client reports based on campaign performance
    • Ownership & development of the client CRM databases
    • Manage all aspects of the marketing platform including landing pages, development and testing, optimisation and database management
    • Plan, build and execute campaigns and ensure proper setup of landing pages, all campaign assets, tracking and measurement of results
  • Present results to key stakeholders and highlight cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Support sales & the Director of Demand Generation with the development & presentation of new business proposals
  • Contribute to the development of the departments service offering
  • Take responsibility for revenue and client satisfaction targets for your accounts
  • Any other duties as deemed fit by the business

What you'll need:

  • Experience of working with sales & marketing automation and campaign management tools (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua), including analytics and segmentation
  • Demonstrable depth of data analytics experience
  • Knowledge of customer contact strategies, including segmentation and dynamic content
  • Experience of building and delivering data campaigns and delivering testing strategies
  • Good communication skills - able to present analysis at all levels of the business and to non-specialists
  • Quality control of data / analysis outputs
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • A ‘roll up your sleeves’, hands-on self-starter with the capacity to work in what is a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills needed to support analysis requests and transform data into actionable insight
  • Capable of prioritising effectively and working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • A motivated team player and creative problem solver with a passion for delivering results
