Due to our sustained growth, we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support on the delivery of campaigns that touch upon all aspects of our service offerings. Working effectively with our project management tools, JIRA and TEMPO, you’ll be able to plan in workloads and monitor profitability, while using the tools to effectively report to the wider business.

You’ll need to be energetic, enthusiastic, positive, cool under pressure and have a willingness to learn and adapt.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting with internal communications and meetings, including collating written notes & circulating
  • Supporting Department Heads and clients with their resource planning
  • Creation and ownership of project / campaign status documents and updates to internal teams
  • Briefing and ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation is stored on the server in the correct location
  • Overseeing and ownership of the cross department workload plan and delivery dates when multiple teams are working across the project
  • Ensuring delivery teams have all assets, briefs, guidelines and deliverables from other departments ahead of commencing work
  • Weekly reporting on progress of projects
  • Ownership of timeline and ensuring milestones are kept up to date, and all stakeholders are aware
  • Organise relevant meetings in relation to the projects you’re working on
  • Respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Assist on admin tasks for the operational teams where required, such as uploads of content into CMS, testing of sites etc
  • Working with our deliverable planning, project management, estimation and reporting tools – JIRA and TEMPO – to better understand the projects you’re working on and workload is planned in correctly

What you’ll need:

  • Ability to effectively multi-task and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and impeccable organisational skills
  • Experience with project management tools would be ideal
  • Strong team player who has the ability to use their initiative
  • Proactive with a hunger to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of latest digital marketing opportunities and technologies
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar role
  • Able to work as part of a team, but self-motivated enough to prioritise output without guidance
