View our open jobs View our open jobsAs part of our ambitious growth plans for 2017, we now have an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Relationship Development Manager to actively develop and grow our sales pipeline opportunities.
Reporting to the Business Development Director, and working closely with our internal Marketing and Demand Generation teams, you’ll be tasked with qualifying and nurturing inbound and outbound leads, taking them through the qualification process to meeting and proposal stage in readiness to be allocated to our sales function to engage and convert.
What you'll be doing:
- Nurture, qualify and develop telephone relationships with leads uncovering the typical BANT (Budget, Authority, Needs, Timeline) criteria ready to pitch our award-winning solutions
- Managing the relationship with our external lead generation vendor
- Track all activities, tasks and actions through the Salesforce CRM system, providing regular updates and reporting against KPI’s
- Working closely with the Marketing and Demand Generation teams to develop and refine the value proposition that resonates with prospects, interfacing with Hubspot where necessary
- Establishing, developing and refining a follow up plan for our nurture pipeline
- Maintain and updating a pipeline of warm client prospects
- Researching organisations and industries to identify key contacts at prospective customers for targeted lead generation
- Maintain all assigned metrics
- Day to day management and development of a Relationship Development Consultant, including regular performance updates and annual appraisal
- Develop and refine the lead nurturing and qualification process
What you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrable ability to build and nurture strong relationships with ‘C Suite’ level stakeholders via the telephone
- A proven track record of consultative selling either within an agency or B2B services organisation
- Proficient in the use of CRM applications, with Salesforce and Hubspot experience a distinct advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage senior contacts internally
- Team player with a ‘can do attitude’ and a willingness to go beyond their day to day job description and add value to our vision
- A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding KPI’s
