View our open jobs View our open jobsAs teams go, our content team has had a meteoric rise over the past few years. From its inception several years ago, it is now one of the largest and most important teams within our business.
It's due to this growth that we're now looking for a Senior Content Executive who will lead content delivery, initially on some of our smaller accounts, and take ownership of key tasks on our more major accounts.
What you'll be doing:
- Generating content of various kinds – commercial, informational, engaging, offsite etc
- Creating content for B2B and B2C clients, with the ability to manage different styles and TOVs – managing this on some of the more challenging areas such as health, legal or financial services
- Reviewing and proof-reading content to ensure our output meets quality requirements. Taking a lead with the writing team to ensure there is consistency between content on larger project where various writers contribute
- Auditing existing client’s content and offering recommendations
- Taking on additional responsibility across your clients such as leading on specific tasks to support your campaign lead
- Working closely with the other operational teams to ensure our content meets their requirements, and working with Client Services where necessary
- Managing your own content workload, meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks. Regularly problem-solving to ensure that any issues are resolved
- Supporting the content executive team in managing content uploads
- Supporting more senior team members to gather data & insights and contribute to campaign reports
- Supporting more senior team members in ideation sessions and developing content ideas
- Mentoring new team starters to understand their role and help them settle in
- Regular opportunity scoping to highlight opportunities for our clients
- Monitoring content trends and relevant industry news and sharing this with the wider team
What you'll need:
- 1-2 years experience in a content role
- Ability to write well for a range of sectors and audiences
- Good grasp of the English language and able to proof-read and evaluate content effectively
- Creativity- the ability to come up with out of the box ideas that match the campaign objectives
- A passion for content is essential, as is your willingness to immerse yourself in client campaigns
- An understanding of or an enthusiasm to learn about the digital landscape and its impact on the future of the content industry
- Proactive, using initiative to solve problems for our clients
- Flexible and able to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment
