Due to the ongoing development of our leading-edge PR offering, and to support the growth of the team, we are now looking for a passionate Senior PR Executive who can support the growing team.

Responsible for leading PR & social delivery on smaller client accounts and taking ownership of key tasks on major client accounts.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating content for press– e.g. press releases, feature articles, case studies, press packs, surveys
  • Selling-in campaigns to press and influencers across a range of industries (both B2B & B2C)
  • Building and managing relationships with journalists and social influencers across various sectors
  • Creating content for use across social media- e.g. monthly/ daily content plans
  • Taking an active role in day-to-day social management and supporting senior team members on consultancy
  • Taking on additional responsibility across your clients such as leading on specific tasks to support your campaign lead
  • Taking ownership of some smaller client accounts and demonstrating your ability to lead and develop campaign delivery
  • Managing your own workload, meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks. Regularly problem-solving to ensure that any issues are resolved
  • Auditing clients’ PR & social activity and making recommendations for improvements
  • Researching your clients’ brand proposition and highlighting opportunities for exposure through PR and social
  • Working closely with other operational teams on accounts, encouraging communication & collaboration
  • Working with more senior team members to gather data & insights and contribute to campaign reports
  • Supporting more senior team members in ideation sessions and developing PR ideas
  • Mentoring new team starters to understand their role and help them settle in
  • Regular opportunity scoping to highlight opportunities for us to be reactive
  • Monitoring PR and social trends and relevant industry news and sharing with the wider team

What you'll need:

  • At least one year’s experience in a traditional or digital PR role
  • Confidence to build relationships with journalists, influencers and key stakeholders
  • Creativity- the ability to come up with newsworthy ideas
  • Ability to manage your own projects
  • An understanding of research methods and how to analyse data
  • Proactive, using initiative to solve problems for our clients
  • Organised, committed to the industry and a reliable member of staff
