Phil McGuin, Stickyeyes Head of Insight and Heather Healy, Head of Social Media will be presenting at IMRG’s e-retail seminar in Manchester next week.
The event, which takes place on Tuesday 3 April, will explore what 'social-commerce' actually means and how retailers can measure success in this channel.
Phil and Heather’s seminar, ‘Assessing the workhorses of social media’ will analyse the range of marketing tactics used by e-retailers to drive customer engagement, including competitions, voucher codes and user-generated content, and assess which of these are the most effective.
The seminar marks Stickyeyes first speaking engagement for the IMRG, the UK’s industry association for e-retail, following their admission to the membership last year. The team will also be sharing their insights at the forthcoming Clothing and Fashion seminar in London in May.
For details on how to secure your space at either event please visit the IMRG’s website for booking details.
Stickyeyes will be circulating the findings of the online retail research after the seminar. For your own copy, contact us.
