The Prolific North Top 50 list is independently researched by Prolific North and Mustard Research and “relied upon as the most accurate barometer of the performance of the North’s digital agencies”. Stickyeyes has featured on the list since 2015, ranking as the top-performing agency working across SEO, PPC, web development, mobile and more since 2016. But, in what has been a tumultuous year for everyone, the dedication, expertise and hard work of the Stickyeyes team is nothing short of extraordinary.

Leeds base, global reach

In 2020/21, we have continued to expand our global reach working with clients in over 52 countries and have added global brands including Western Union, amongst others, to our client list. Our work for Etihad Airways and Science in Sport has been recognised by our peers in shortlistings for awards at the European Search Awards and UK Search Awards and a big win at The Drum Search Awards 2020 for Performance Agency of the Year.

The unique, and effective Stickyeyes way of doing things continues to make waves globally as Stickyeyes team members Jonny Artis and Lee Allen were called to the global stage as Global Head of Experience and Global Head of Product for our holding agency Reprise.

Supporting our team

And importantly, we continue to champion the needs and ambitions of our team. Our Stick Together initiative continues to focus on a number of issues, ranging from encouraging women in digital and technology careers, to mental health, family and work-life balance.

Our Mind stream, and our mental health first aiders have been especially prominent this year as we support our people with the challenges of lockdown, social distancing and working from home. Supported by senior leadership, everyone has been encouraged to come forward and share their concerns around home working and the impact of lockdown, with time afforded to our people to allow them to focus on their wellbeing. As part of this stream, we hosted a virtual event with mental health campaigner, Jonny Benjamin MBE and continue to highlight the ways in which our team manage their own mental health as part of the recent Mental Wellbeing Week.

Supporting our community

During lockdown we have also continued to act as Mentors for WYK Digital (The Princes Trust) and Lean In (Leeds), championing causes we believe in through our committee membership of the Fawcett Society (gender equality for all) and taken part in the Media Trust Women’s Voices 2021 programme.

We have also driven an initiative, as part of Leeds Digital Festival, which saw us link industry contacts with over 80 individual requests for advice and mentorship at the height of the pandemic and are exploring ways in which we can provide this link-up programme on an ongoing basis.

Thank-you to Prolific North and Mustard for compiling the list for 2021, and congratulations to all of the agencies that made the top 50.
