Heather has been invited to present her top five tips for managing a social media crisis at DMX Dublin, which is organised by the Marketing Institute of Ireland and takes place at Aviva Stadium on 12 March 2014.

The presentation, which takes place at 9:45am, will explore how brands have dealt with high-profile social media crises, highlighting brands that managed their issues well and brands that handled them badly.

Heather will be speaking alongside representatives from a number of major international brands, including Expedia, Ryanair, Channel 4, Twitter, Kelloggs and Oracle.
