Will has over 10 years experience of working in UX after gaining a Masters degree in ecommerce. He has worked agency and client-side across a number of industries ranging from automotive (with Peugeot and Jaguar Landrover) to numerous ecommerce clients, in both the B2B and B2C spaces.
He has run many UX projects ranging from website redesigns, to user testing programs, to the implementation and management of full CRO strategies. Other notable clients worked with include Carpetright, Homebase, Asda, Disney & Selfridges.
